In his 15-minute speech, Dr. Sanar Taha briefly discussed the policy of the Ba'ath regime against the Failis Kurds and highlighted a brief summary of the challenges and problems that have been faced against the Failis Kurds in the past and continue to this day. This is one of the crimes committed within the framework of crimes against humanity and war crimes.

This public seminar, titled 'Prosecution of International Crimes,' was organized by the KCIL in collaboration with the Azadbun Organization and the Genocide Research Center at Halabja University.
