Interpreting Genocide Intent: The Gambia–Myanmar Case

On 16th May, 2025, Dr. Mohamed Elewa Badar presented a 15-minute speech at a public seminar titled "Interpretation of the Genocide Intent in the Case of Gambia and Myanmar in International Court of Justice". At the beginning discussed about the situation of war victims, primarily civilians, including women and children, emphasizing the necessity of implementing appropriate measures post-conflict to ensure the right to access the truth.
